The rules of the game.

By creating an account or using Stroke Gained ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Stroke Gained ("we", "us", "our").

You must be at least 13 years old to use Stroke Gained. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One person per account. Sharing account access is not permitted.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

You retain ownership of all content you upload (videos, data, text). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content. If you upload videos of other people, you must have their consent.

Our AI analysis features provide suggestions and insights based on your data. AI analysis is not a substitute for professional golf instruction. Results are generated algorithmically and may not always be accurate. Use AI recommendations at your own discretion.

Coaches who use Stroke Gained are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Stroke Gained. We provide the platform but do not endorse, guarantee, or verify the qualifications of any coach. The coach-player relationship is between you and your coach.

Stroke Gained offers free and paid subscription plans for AI analysis features. Free users receive a limited number of AI analyses per month. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and may be cancelled at any time. Pricing may change with notice. Legacy credit balances from previous purchases remain in your account and can still be used.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI analysis will be accurate. Golf is a physical activity; use any recommendations at your own risk. We are not responsible for injury resulting from following AI suggestions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stroke Gained shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
